Trying to replace my old doorbell with Nest, but the wires are 4

Hi,

I tried to replace with Nest Doorbell Gen2 wired. when removing the old one, the wires are 4 (white, white, blue,  orange) instead of 2 (red, black)

My vendor connected 2 to the doorbell, but the light flashed orange. I checked the transferrmer is correct, can anyone guide me how to connect the 4 wires to the doorbell?

It sounds like the transfer isn't supplying enough power for the  new door bell.   The voltage has to be in the correct range and the number of amps  (VA) supplied has to be sufficient.  Check out this link and see if it sounds like what you are running into...
