nest 2nd gen doorbell speaker audio

I jus installed a nest 2nd gen doorbell when i get on to view or even live there is no sound coming out of my phone from the speakerphone speaker. i have to hold the phone up to my ear like I'm talking on the phone. i know this has bee addressed in this forum but have not seen any fixes. i have a Samsung Note 20 and no sound coming out of the loud speaker. i find it rather odd that an android phone and an android company aren't compatible as my wife's works just fine with her iPhone any suggestions? 

 

I have uninstalled it 2 times and added it back and nothing I have even removed my thermostats like I read to see if it would work and nothing.

Thanks for bringing this up to me, I'd love to take a look into this for you. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This might be helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.

I have restarted multiple times and nothing

If a restart doesn't do the trick, try to factory reset your camera. A Factory Reset can be beneficial when a typical restart doesn't quite do the trick to resolve what you're experiencing. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally. 

Before you factory reset your device, please be aware:

  • Your camera’s personalized settings will revert to default settings.
  • Your camera’s entire video history and snapshots will be deleted. Once your video history and snapshots are deleted, they’re gone forever. They cannot be recovered. We do not keep backups.

Yea the factory reset still didn't work. I guess you have to have an apple phone for an android camera to work cause it works fine with my wife's iPhone. Do you have any other suggestions or ideas to try.
