Google Nest Mini

I bought Google Nest Mini with Smitch Wifi Smart Light from Flipkart on 29th July, 2023.  I switched off while going out of station and after returning to my home, tried to turn it on.  Bit it's not turning on now.  I already tried to change the plug, but still it's not turning On.  I reside in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India and traveling to Hyderabad, Telangana, India occasionally.   It's still under 1 year warranty.

Please let me know where and how can I utilise warranty services for my device.

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear about this situation with your Nest Mini. Help is here! Before I proceed with a replacement, could you please try the following troubleshooting steps:

 

  1. At the side of the Google Nest Mini, unplug the power cord and wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in and wait until the four LED lights light up on top.
  2. Repeat step one, 10 more times. (complete total of 11 times)
  3. After plugging in the power cord back in the final time, wait a few moments for the device to reset. It will announce "Welcome to Google Home" to signify that it's ready for setup.

Please let me know if this resolves the issue.
