Hi retrodeg,

Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear you're having trouble adding a home member to your account. Can you tell me what error message you see, if any? How long have these people been linked to your account? Have you made any changes to your Google account or your Nest Hub?

Sometimes your home may no longer recognize added members. In those cases, you'll need to set up the home member again. Here are a few things you can try:

  • Please make sure your mobile device or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi or linked to the same account as your display.
  • Make sure your Nest Hub is running on the latest software version.
  • Create a new home: Remove the Nest Hub from the current home and add it to a new home.
  • Unlink the account: Unlink the previous account and try linking it again to see if the problem persists.
  • After performing the above steps, reboot your Nest Hub by unplugging it and plugging it back in.

If you'd like to learn more about this process, check out the next information: Share a home and devices in the Google Home app.

Keep me updated on how it goes.

Regards,

Jonathan
