Nest thermostat
My nest thermostat won’t reconnect. Have rebooted and removed and reconnected the thermostat and at the final stage on the Nest app it says somethings gone wrong. So I’m still unable to connect my thermostat to the app.
Want to use gas not my heat pump
We have a heat pump and gas. Right now my heat pump is our main heating setting and our gas kicks on when outside is 40 degrees. Our electric bill is outrageous. Should we be using gas instead? If so how do I change it to use only gas?

Nest keeps assuming I have a heat pump
