Changing temperatures separately

Why are heating and cooling temps linked when making custom schedules. This is beyond stupid. I heat my house. Then I cool my house. One setting has nothing to do with the other.Fix this ridiculousness

Hi, just installed the 4th gen thermostat. I was quite happy with my old one (2nd gen) but the remote accessing was terminated by Google. So can one set up the schedule on the actual thermostat? Or only on the app? If so that is a HUGE issue for me. ...

Google TV not connecting to google home panel

So, I have tried so many diffrent ways to get this TV to connect to google home. I mean, its on the app, but squs no connection. Plus, it wont connect to the googlw home panel! It's highly fustrating and if anyone has any answers, I'm all ears. Thank...

Thermostat warranty form not working

Anyone knows how to file a warranty claim outside of the "submit a form" that DOESN'T WORK, EVER? My thermostat is faulty and in warranty but I can not contact Google. I'm not asking for a refund, just a replacement. Ideas and help welcome!
