I can't add my google cam to my nest app. It does show up in my google home app just not in the nest

Camera view scrolls when phone turns horizontal

My Nest camera works great on my Google phone but when I turn it horizontal, it starts to scroll like I lost connection. I can try rotate other apps and pictures on my phone.

Can’t access settings

Settings icon is greyed out/unresponsive with “ ! “I’ve done 10 second reset. all other suggestions require me to access settings.
