Heat not working

When calling for heat the air turns on but doesn't start the gas heaters. The emergency heat works as I tested it. I am thinking a wiring issue as I recently changed from a really old termostat.

No Fan Setting on my Nest

I am trying to set my fan on my nest thermostat to run 24/7. I read the instructions on this site, they all say to go to settings, then fan, then select always run. However, when I go to settings there is no fan sub menu.Thanks in advance!

No timer sound

My Google Nest Hub will not play sounds for our timers or alarms. All sound are all the way up. We have factory reset our hub as well and it has not resolved the issue. Hub is also up to date and always connected to our WiFi

Setting up Nest Thermostat
