My PC does not connect to the closest point

My computer will not connect to the point that is in the same room. It connects to one down stairs and it only gives me 2 bars of strength and my computer seems to run slowly.

Camera charger red light

I have been having an issue with my google nest cam outdoor not charging. I have noticed the charger plug has a red light on. I can plug my camera into another charger and all is good. Is this showing charger has issue and is only option replacement.
