No radio on Nest hub

Still no radio stations in Nest hub. All other speakers/minis work fine. Went through ALL troubleshooting INCLUDING factory reset with hopes it would work...it is NOT working. This issue seems super common with multiple users...this needs a fix ASAP....

Nest home hub + 2 nest speaker set up

I have been looking for a way to connect my two nest google speakers to the home hub. Speakers are paired but when creating a speaker group I only get sound from home hub and 1 speaker. Is there a way to connect all 3 devices together?Thanks!!
