Nest hub keeps going black screen

My nest hub just keeps going black screen after about 30 minutes. I have unplugeed many times, reset, etc. It starts working again then goes black screen again. How to fix this? The thing has barely been used.

Bad connection casting from browser

Why is it and I might be crazy but I think it's since the update that casting from a b browser on my laptop has a horrible connection but casting from all the apps like Disney, Max, Netflix.... work perfectly fine? It's been driving me nuts for sure ...
