Thanks for reaching out. That is not great to hear that your Google Nest Mini keeps freezing! I understand your frustration and would be more than happy to help. First, I have one quick question.

Can you try to do a Factory Data Reset on your Google Nest Mini? Are there any improvements or is this issue still happening?
- A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings.
- Note: This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.
