Home away assist thermostat

I'm not sure if this is the correct platform. I have a nest thermostat in 2 states. My Nest in SC goes offline frequently and I never receive a notice. I also cannot connect online, which makes Homeaway useless. Is there a way to reconnect without having to travel out of state.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with one of your Nest Thermostat going offline. I'm afraid we don't have an option to connect to it remotely. There are few possible reasons why the Nest Thermostat go offline. Here's a link for some troubleshooting steps if there's someone who could help you your SC thermostat.
