Which Google device is this post in regard to? (model name, generation number)
Are you setting up the device for the first time?
Do you see any error messages? What does it say?
Is your device on the same WiFi network as your phone which has the Google Home App?
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps? If so, what have you attempted so far?
