I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your video playback. I'm a little unsure exactly what is happening and might need a few more details from you.

What device are you using to play YouTube?
Can you tell me exactly what the error message says?
Is the video playback failing on a single device, or is it on all devices on your network?
Does the playback work sometimes, or will it never play?
