Appreciate your quick response. Currently, Apple Music on a Google Nest speaker or display is available only in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, India, Japan, Mexico, South Korea, the United Kingdom, and the United States. This is a restriction from Apple itself but our team is working hard to bring the experience to additional countries like Spain.

We'll take this as feedback and pass it along to the team. I also suggest that you send feedback using your devices by saying, "Hey Google, send feedback," or by following the steps on this link.
