Unable to login on Nest App

I have deleted the app and added it back many times. I've been removed from our "home" and been added back. I can sign in with my google account on chrome, but when I download the Nest app and attempt to login, it will not let me past the sign in page "Choose an account to continue to Nest".

I can tap on my name and gmail address, which highlights it, but it will not let me sign in to the Nest app with my Google account information.

My husband has a Droid and is able to login no problem whatsoever. Please help.

Open the Google app and verify it is fully updated. Move over to Google Home, the new updated Nest app. 🙂

The Nest app is fully updated. The Google Home App doesn't give me motion alerts or the ability to login and see history. I have set up Nest Aware on the google Home app. I have to login to the Nest web version to get any video history. My husband gets notifications and full access just fine from the Nest app on his Pixel.

Learn about Family Accounts and how to share access to your Nest home

If you sign into the Nest app with a Google Account, you can manage home members in the Home app. Keep in mind that only home members who also sign in with a Google Account will be able to see your Nest products in the Nest app.

Family accounts let other people share access to your home and your Nest products in the Nest app. Depending on the level of shared access you choose, people you invite can add, remove, and control Nest products in the Nest app.

I can not sign in to my nest account it says either my e-mail or password is incorrect

Yes, I am still unable to login to the Nest App on my iphone to access my home camera system or to receive motion notifications.
