Sorry for the delay and also to hear about your thermostat. I want to take a closer look at it.

A few questions — what type of Nest thermostat is this? Is it showing offline only on your mobile device or does it happen across all devices where the Nest app is installed? Could you also try logging into https://bit.ly/3gW4i8w using a computer's browser?
