Which Google device is this post in regard to? (model name, generation number)
Where are you seeing this error message?
- On the Google device? The Google Home App?
Is this issue occurring on your Sirius app?
How are you trying to listen to the radio?
- Voice Command? Casting through your phone?
Is your device powering on and working normally besides this issue?
What troubleshooting steps have you tried?
