Google home app not pausing devices

Hello,

Lately when I have pushed the pause function for any of the devices on the app, nothing happens. Anyone have any advice on how to restore this function?

Incidentally, I have already tried a complete factory reset of all the routers. The paws function return for a time, but then stopped working.

I've had the same issue. Have troubleshooted with a Google agent on chat too, to no avail. However was told it was being looked into and that I'd get an email for further assistance. I'll have to report back when it comes and if it helps.

Same issue. Multiple devices tried to no avail. Reloaded app to no avail.

Hi, can I ask how you got in touch with Google agent?. I'm having the same issue and I can't pause my kid's devices. Thanks
