Tv with google assistance problem

I have a Hisense tv with Google assistance. I have google home app for other devices. I added tv to home app but it is now greyed out and says off line. I try to unlink device but it says only owners can unlink. How do I unlink it.

@Lindab, thanks for posting. I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should, so let’s get this resolved. A few things: do you have other users added in the Google Home app? Were you using your account when you linked Your TV to the Google Home app?

If you have other users added to your Google Home app, you can switch to that account then remove the TV and check if it will allow you to do it this time.
