Setting up a rental property with Nest devices

I have a house that has a Yale/Nest lock, Nest doorbell and thermostat, and I'm setting it up as a rental property. I'd like to keep the devices on my account, but give access to the thermostat and doorbell to the renter. Is that possible?

Setting a renter up as a home member gives them rights to everything. I'd like to keep them from accessing the lock, but give them access to the doorbell and thermostat.

Hi Floon,

Got it, I understand that you'd like to give access to your doorbell and thermostat but not your lock, however this feature isn't an option in the Nest app as family accounts have full access like the account owner. You have an option to create a new home structure, set up your lock separately so that family members won't have access to your lock. Check out these guides: Share a home and devices in the Google Home app and Learn about Family Accounts and how to share access to your Nest home.
