    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently purchased a home with:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Nest Learning Thermostats x 3 (independent zones)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Nest connect&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Yale Nest door lock&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I brought my prior Google Mesh WiFi system.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;after successfully setting up my Wi-Fi, I am trying to setup Google Home and Nest App. I have managed to connect a single Thermostat to my app. Getting error messages with the connections repeatedly. (I think code NA0013) There is wired router and mesh hubs on each floor with strong signal. I have factory reset the Thermostats (?and Nest Connect) to no avail. Have moved connect closer to router and closer to thermostat. Didn’t help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;One of the thermostats won’t even see the Wi-Fi signal which is strong.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;lost.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
