Nest app off line

For 22hrs my nest app on the phone says off line.

Thermo all OK working manually. Switched my phone off ,still nothing unable to control via phone. 😤 should I uninstall it and re install?

I'm sorry for the late reply. Let's jump in, and get your Nest Thermostat back online. I did find a helpful article with some troubleshooting steps for when your device is showing offline.

Please let me know if that helps, or if the issue still persists.
