google home could not reach cloud intelligence

Hi,

This week I realize that google home could not reach cloud intelligence any more.

I disconnect and reconnect the cloud device, I reinstall cloud inteligence app, I reinstall Google home app...

Nothing helps. Can you help?

Sorry to hear that you're having issues controlling your smart devices using your Google Home/Nest device. A few questions: are your devices connected to the same network? Are you able to control the devices from the native app? What message are you getting when trying to control the devices? Do you have the same issue when using the Google Assistant app on your phone?
