sandy5, how's it going? Do you still need help?

dshill4651, what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? If you have the Nest Thermostat E and Nest Learning Thermostat, the entry key can be found below the QR code. On the other hand, if you have a Nest Thermostat 2020, there will be no entry key, only a QR code.
