cameras missing from phone

Both my doorbell and driveway cameras were on my phone and working well, then all of sudden they were gone and when I tried to reinstall it asked for a 6 digit entry key which is very difficult for me to get. Is there another way? I can get the SN and other info from my computer.

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear about what happened to your Nest cameras. To know more about this, I'd like to ask some questions:

What app are you using?
Are you the only one who has access to the App?
How many "Home" structures do you have?
Were there any recent changes made to the App or to your account (like migration)?

Hello Hal2,

Appreciate the response. Adding your Nest doorbell and Nest camera really requires the QR code to be scanned or entering the 6 digit setup code. To confirm, are you using the same email address? Did you recently migrate your account?

Try these steps:

If you have multiple Home structures, try checking the other one.
Try to sign in to the https://goo.gle/2qjvVSU website and use the same email address. Check if you can see your Nest devices.

When I tried again to get my phone set up today, I tried to add my door bell and I scanned the code on the back of it and a quick flash said something about it's already installed. OK, so how do I get it to show up on my phone? Remember, I can still see in on my PC. Thanks (I hope you can understand this. If not, maybe we can email directly?)

Hey folks,

Thanks for following up. Please check other home structures in your Nest app until you find your camera's live view.

Here’s how:

At the top left corner of the app home screen, tap Menu .
Tap the home you want to switch to.
You’ll be taken back to the app home screen where you can find the Nest products you have in the home you’ve selected.
