Google Home app (iOS) displays Wifi as Offline, but it's not?

I have two Nest Routers and no matter what I do Google Home app (iOS) displays Wifi as Offline for both of them, but it's not? Touching their icon displays them as Online and connected. What's up with this?

I'm not using a VPN, not using Private Relay, and have turned IPv6 off and on several times.

I don't know whether this is relevant or not, but sometimes the Google Home app says one or more of our Nest Hubs are offline when in fact they are online and fully functional.
