Google Home Routines where else are they stored apart from my android phone?

Google Home Routines where else are they stored apart from my android phone? I.e. if I change phones will the Routines automatically re appear in my new phone?

Routines are saved in the cloud. The routines will appear on the new phone when you open up the home app. You may have to adjust settings if routines were set to start on the old phone.
