The original email i used to create my account is no longer supported and i have no access. How do I change my user email to regain access to the account? or do I have to start over? Thanks

That certainly hasn't been easy for you ― let’s check this out.

Are you trying to access your account for your Google Home/Nest devices? What is the message when trying to pull up your account? What devices do you have?
