WIFI connection

I have tried myriad times to connect my Nest speakers to my internet but am getting the same answer every time - Can't connect to wifi - even though I have checked the password very time. Use a Huawei dongle and all my other devices connect effortlessly. Surely there must be an easier way of doing this? If I don't get a reply that works soon I shall have no alternative but to return them.

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community.

This is not the experience that we wanted you to have, let me help you out. A few things: which Nest speaker? What is the make and model of the phone that you are using for your Google Home app? Is this a first time setup? Is the distance between the dongle and your Nest speaker within 15 feet during setup?

You can full reset your Nest speaker to put it back to it's default setting and set it up again as a new device.
