Nest app setting temperature not in my schedule

Every morning my heating comes on at 22C when my schedule is 18C, an hour later. It's so hot and I can't stop it. I click on link and it says set by app.

I'm sorry to hear that your thermostat isn't staying at the temperature that you put on your schedule. I'm sure that is frustrating, but I wanted to see how I could help.
