Google Assistant is annoying please help

As I'm writing right now, google assistant kept on popping up every second, when I listen to music it lowers the volume same for Youtube videos, games even... I just don't fkng know anymore even though I turn it off, uninstall google update, turn off all permission, clear cache, reboot the phone and IT STILL POPPING UP HELPPPPPPP

I'm sorry to hear about the frustrations you're having with Google Assistant, I can imagine it gets annoying, but I'm happy to help.

I would suggest reviewing this article to see how you can turn off the microphone from Google Assistant so that it doesn't continue trying to talk to you.
