    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have done everything. I have factory reset the device, I have updated the apps on both iOS and Android, I have downloaded the app on a new phone... And I am still receiving a error message when I attempt to sign in with either Google or Nest to set up the Nest. Cam.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Please try again." in either path I choose... either Login with Google or Log in with Nest. I don't recall I ever had a legacy Nest account with this GAIA.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What should I do?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

My issue isn't with best speakers it's worth connecting my Nest Hub Max Nest Cam.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't use either the nest app nor the home app because I'm getting this error..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The whole reason I bought this was for the camera&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;HI shutterbabejsc, thanks for posting. I wanted to follow up and see if I could be of any help. A few things: is this the first time that you are setting up your Nest Hub Max camera or it was set up? What steps have you tried so far?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can go ahead and do full &lt;A href="https://goo.gle/3x50Yl7" target="_blank"&gt;reset&lt;/A&gt; then attempt to setup your Nest Hub Max as a new device then set up the Nest camera once more and observe if it will make a difference.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Before you reset the device do the steps below.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Make sure the device is plugged into a power source that’s tested and functional.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Remove the device from the Google Home app.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Open the Google Home app &lt;IMG src="https://goo.gle/3vQeA2U" alt="" /&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Tap and hold the device's tile.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Tap Settings &lt;IMG src="https://goo.gle/3FgUG6F" alt="" /&gt; &lt;IMG src="https://goo.gle/3diHdPF" alt="and then" /&gt; &amp;nbsp;Remove device &lt;IMG src="https://goo.gle/3diHdPF" alt="and then" /&gt; Remove.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
