I have the Nest App and when I go to settings in select “account” it does not offer “migrate to Google” as an option

Per this help page, "If the option 'Migrate to a Google Account' does not appear on the screen, then your account has been migrated."

The email of your nest account is a yahoo or gmail? If it's a gmail, then there's no need for you to migrate since you can log in to Google Home using gmail.
