Home App w/ Lutron - One phone works, second one doesn't

I have Lutron Caseta connected to my Home App.

It works great on my phone. I invited my wife to be able to connect to everything as well through her phone (both Iphone's.. I'm an 11, she's an XR). All of Lutron lights, etc show as offline for her. Nothing works.

I've tried deleted Home, reinstalling, but they always just show up as offline.

Any suggestions? I haven't found any good solutions online.

Thanks for posting in the Community and apologies for the late response. Let's sort this out.

Quick question — is the phone connected to the same network? Could you check if the hotspot is turned off? For us to isolate more of the issue try using another mobile device and add it to the home and check if the device is still offline.
