    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I'm having issues with my account, don't know why.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've reseted my nest hub max to factory settings because I wasn't able to activate the integrated cam for live streaming.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;During the setup I had an error "can't link your account" and now I have a ! next to my hum icon in the app. I was not able to finish the setup, neither I can setul the cam, black screen on the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help on this would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ivan&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://goo.gle/3FJOq67." target="_blank"&gt;Remove all dev&lt;/A&gt;ices from the old home structure.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;In the Google Home app home screen, touch and hold the device's tile.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Tap Settings &amp;gt; Remove device &amp;gt; Remove. Repeat this step for all devices&lt;A href="https://goo.gle/3FJL9na." target="_blank"&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://goo.gle/3FJL9na." target="_blank"&gt;Create a new Home structure.&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;In the Google Home app home screen, tap Add +.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Select Create new home.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://goo.gle/3HWh5HE" target="_blank"&gt;Delete the old home structure.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

 &lt;LI&gt;In the Google Home app home screen, tap the arrow icon to switch between home structures &amp;gt; choose the old home structure.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Select Settings &amp;gt; Delete this home &amp;gt; Delete.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Add the Nest Hub Max to the new home structure.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

 &lt;LI&gt;Add your remaining devices to the new home structure.&lt;/LI&gt;
