Home App on iOS- Thermostat + and - not responding

A month back I could only raise Nest temp using the slider- iOS app didn't respond to tapping - or +. True for thermostat temp as well as cutover temp set for dual fuel (where there is no slider and therefor no backup). Thoughts on this?

Thanks, Jake. I power-cycled my iPhone to no avail, but have not re-installed the app, since I don't know if settings are retained and wanted to exhaust other possibilities. Or did you mean resetting the thermostat itself? This seems to be an issue with the app itself... Thanks
