iPhone not available when “ok, google sync my devices”

Hi, I recently had the same issue as this person here: https://support.google.com/googlenest/thread/106672119/iphone-not-available-when-%E2%80%9Cok-google-sync-my-devices%E2%80%9D?hl=en

its the exact same problem and not sure how to fix it. I hope there can be a solution for this issue, thanks. @Melba T.
