Google Home App not current in Google play store

I have the Samsung S22 Ultra, the version of Google home in the playstore is from November and doesn't allow me to adjust the Outdoor Nest Cam Floodlight brightness anymore. My wife has a Pixel 6 with a newer app version and hers works.
