Routine runs hour early

My"turn the lights off at 10pm"routine occurs about an hour early at 9pm. Please advise.

Seems like maybe the Google Home app has the wrong timezone or that it's not set for the proper daylight savings, in Australia/New Zealand that would have been yesterday at 2 am.
