Nest app showing offline, thermostat shows online.

Thermostat shows offline daily on the app for no reason. Check Thermostat, shows connected to the network, phone connected to same network. Tried reset, same issue. Only thing I can think of is issues with the app itself.

@RTrackwell I'm dropping by to ensure that everything is covered here. How's it going with your Nest Thermostat? Were you able to read the information and check the link that Mark has shared?

Try checking this information:

Check your Nest Thermostat's battery.
Check if there's any error message.
Your Nest app or Google Home app should be on its latest version.
Make sure your Wi-Fi network is working good.
Restart your router.
Restart your Nest Thermostat.
Check for any interference.
Try connecting it to a mobile hotspot.
In case you're still getting the same issue, Reset it to the factory default.
