I can't place this camera cause I don't know the original owner to get the e mail and password. Need help

Sorry to hear about the issues you're having but I'm happy to look into this for you.

In order to set up your camera, I would suggest doing a Factory Reset on the device.

Hey, at least it isn't Amazon Blink! If you don't have the login/password to the subscribed account hosting the devices, you CAN'T just reset them. The original owner has to delete them from their profile in order to release them.
