Google nest gen 2 problems connecting

So we moved from one state to another. Tried to set up the google nest generation 2, I cannot. I cannot reboot nor can I connect. I’ve looked and I’ve asked and zero help. Please please 🙏 help

What device is your "Google nest generation 2"? A thermostat, camera, doorbell, Nest Hub, Nest Mini?
