And with the application " BOSE MUSIC " i control on the speaker .if it is also possible to control the application the buttons 1-6
Buttons where you can save an internet radio station or playlist from Spotify

activate the buttons by voice command ?

which is installed on my android i can choose between 1-6

Please note that we have very limited support on third party speakers with built-in Google Assistant like Boss smart speakers. For settings and other features of your device. I suggest that you reach the manufacturer for better assistance.

I'm almost certain there is no way to control buttons 1-6
through voice instruction.
I asked this question on this site in the hope that one of the users might be familiar with this speaker.
Nevertheless, with the help of Google Assistant and the BOSE MUSIC app, I succeed through voice instruction:
1 control the volume
2 Play songs forward and previous and STOP
3 continue playing from the last place
4 Using a scenario to turn off the speaker according to conditions
