not able to delete devises

Hello,

I was upgrade my WI-FI and Wi-Fi name changed, after upgrade all devises all grey not able to unlined or remove, I try to created new home and move all devised to that and deleted home, but still shows my home-Linked to you, can someone help me with this? how to remove all delete all devised and re do? TIA.

@Keikei, I want to follow up if you were able to get your offline devices removed. A few questions: what devices are shown under Linked to You? Have you tried some troubleshooting steps?

You can go ahead and unlink the smart devices that are still showing in your Home structure. Here's how: open the Google Home app > Tap and hold the smart device icon > Choose Settings > Unlink your linked service > Select Unlink to remove the device from your account. If that didn't work, go to this website and remove the device manufacturers that are still in your Home.
