Google Home App problem

I have a problem. The home app is supposed to have widgets and rooms and all that, but it just shows a blank space with just my tv. If I was to open that, all I could do is do volume and remote, no mirror, no add to room, no settings. The settings one is worrying as when I tap settings it goes in the menu but the menu is blank. Literally it just shows the x button.

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community.

A few things: Do you have other devices linked to your Google Home app aside from your TV? If so, are you using the same email address that this profile is currently showing? You can check that by tapping the icon at the top right. If this is not the email address, tap the dropdown arrow beside the email address, then select the right account.
