Can't get my speaker to set up

I started setting up my speaker I put in my address I've done the internet all that stuff but when I try and say hey Google it says that my speakers not setup please tell me what I'm doing wrong

Which Google speaker is this post in regard to? (model name, generation number)
Is your device powering on?
Does your device show up as 'connected' in the Google Home App?
Is your phone and device all on the same WiFi network?
Could you try to reboot and Factory Data Reset your device?
- A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings.
- Note: This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.
