hi, i have purchased a pair of second hand Nest outdoor cameras, and one is missing the magnet fixing and wall mounting plate.

Is there anyway i can get a replacement/

I am sorry to hear that you are missing the magnetic wall plate for your Nest Outdoor cam. I am afraid because it is secondhand, we do not offer replacements for secondhand devices. You can try searching online to purchase one. Sorry for the inconvenience.
