Speaker doesn't link on Google Home

I have a Croma universal wifi IR blaster to control device which works with Smart Life App

Now this app is linked with both Google Home and Alexa which helps me control it using Google and Amazon device. So I linked 4 device using it, which are 2 Ac one Tv and a Sony Home theater speaker. All of this device I can control using Alexa But in Google Home only Ac and Tv works but speaker doesn't (surprising) it doesn't even display the speaker logo in it. Tried all possible tricks of pairing, Unpairing, Linking, Unlinking etc but still doesn't work

Need help with this

Hey there,

Sorry to hear about the issues you're having with the device that you're using and the Google Home app.

I would suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if that works. If that doesn't work I would suggest doing a factory reset on the device you're using. If you're still having issues I'd suggest reaching out to the manufacture of that device.

Had tried with all the possibility, tried with all the method as mentioned on top as well. Then contacted the manufacturer, they say everything is OK and also said there might software bug from Google home app as it works fine with Amazon Alexa
